This necklace is made from two strands of red enhanced coral barrels. The outside strand is made with larger barrels (13 mm), the inside strand has smaller barrels of coral (9 mm). I have interspersed these with natural turquoise disks. The shorter strand (18 “) nestles inside the longer strand (19”). I have finished this necklace with a large 18k gold vermeil clasp. This is a very dramatic necklace. The coral in dyed sponge coral so it is not endangered. It is made into beads and sealed and polished and is prized for its beauty.
