This large piece of Jade that is naturally three colors but is mostly a pale blue and has a lot of translucency. Blue is a rare color in jade so this piece is indeed special. The artist that carved this jade has carved three small jade dragons on the front in the area of the jade that is golden so they really stand out. The top left side is carved in the white part of the Jade is carved a bat. On the back there are two dragons one that is white that wraps around the top and one that is a deeper blue on the left side. The pendant is 2 5/8“ x 2“. Since the jade is carved on both sides either side can be worn forward.
I have beaded necklace with 12 mm natural golden that picks up the color of the small golden dragons. The necklace is 18” around and is finished with an 18 K gold vermeil clasp.
